I can imagine how large scale cannabis farms would work.

Plant seed over a thousand acres. When the crop is ready, harvesters make way through fields grinding up everything. The grounds go into storage to be processed as the THC and CBD oils are extracted.

Crop quality does matter for produce. Cannabis for extraction is easier to harvest than produce. Grind everything, extraction.

Crop quality doesn't matter. 100% THC/CBD (less quantity - acerage makes up for that)

This is what the big beverage companies are interested in. Mass production - low costs, with huge supply.

We are far from the beginning of this industry, and even farther from the end.
