What I really don't like about hotmeat's calculations is just how paltry he thinks the 103yr old financial institution was.

After over 10 years...the first several of which were the super scammers attempting to play a war of attrition with the courts by running 6 plan versions, and at least five years in this post-bankruptcy agreement period, it is clear which ideas make sense and which do not.

Settling up on 10 or 20 billion just doesn't motivate...the super scammer.
