We expect testing to take between six to nine weeks barring any unforeseen mechanical delays.

A subsequent PR stated that testing would resume on Oct 14 as planned. Six to nine weeks from mid-Oct falls in the window from Thanksgiving to Christmas. It would be awesome to get a Christmas present, but most likely mechanical delays will occur and they will be working to finish in time for the Jan 31 report due date as you mentioned.

Also I agreement with your post that the 3Q report is only through the end of Sept and does not cover in any way testing that began on Oct 14. As you stated, material results are only results that affect the financial statements through Sept.
