Sure is funny how when I do, shareholders scream it’s irrelevant - all in the past - new owner and company now.


They can’t see through their rosy glasses that the new owner’s other stock went tits-up, and this is the same owner who not long ago bloviated about the virtues of his fake record label and signing Dig The Kid.

They can’t see that the most likely reason for filing all the disclosures is to get current so they can R/S.

I’m watching that in another stock as well. Earlier this year they tried to R/S but FINRA blocked it due to missing filings.

On March 22, 2018, the Company’s board approved a one for five thousand (1/5000) reverse stock split. All equity transactions have been retroactively restated to reflect the effect of the stock split. FINRA has not yet approved the split and has informed the Company that its application is deficient as a result of not filing reports with the SEC from 2008 to 2012. In addition, the authorized common shares were increased to 500,000,000,000.
