Yeah William White was likely in on the whole Utopya scam.

While enjoying his time not being a control person or an affiliate, William White probably made a nice amount of money selling the 200,000,000 common shares he received from Series B preferred stock conversions under his wife's name, Rebekah White.

ANDI isn't William White's first scam ticker. He was also involved in BANI, GRCV, and HSCO.

And William White and Loudon Owen knew each other from the past. Louden provided services for another William White stock before. I'm trying to find that info in my notes now.
