SeeThruEquity - In the SEC Complaint today, the SEC references a few Issuers that were manipulated by SeeThruEquity LLC using their biased reports and bogus price targets

CETX, QFOR, FTNW, MSRT, MDNT, OHGI, MHTX, IGC, TPIV, NETE, NNVC, BVAP, HOTR, and OXYS are all referenced as SeeThruEquity stock manipulation schemes in the Complaint.

Plus I already mentioned how reports were done by SeeThruEquity to manipulate the stock prices of VBIO and NPHC

But there were literally dozens of stocks that were touted by SeeThruEquity using their bogus reports lacking proper disclosures over the past 7 years.


According to the SEC, Ajay Tandom illegally scalped MDNT, OHGI, MHTX, IGC, MSRT, TPIV, NETE, NNVC, BVAP, HOTR, and OXYS without disclosing his share ownership or intent to sell. In fact, he did just the opposite. He lied to the public in his stock manipulation reports by saying he didn't own stock.
