There are hardly any notes outstanding. The SS is relatively low. And if Brian can do away with that judgement somehow then it’s a fairly clean shell.

Just my opinion and there’s steps needed to see happen but it’s at .0004 so it’s got a long and wide open area above to run.

Just needs a reason.
