I see this could go either direction.

Sure there’s another note coming, but it’s not going to hit next week.

For one the current note is still converting.

They can only convert 4.99% of the OS at a time.

And it sounds like the ceo is attempting to clean up the table. Cleared all LOI’s. My bet is that something could occur here pretty quickly and honestly the SS is not bad at all.

Ask yourself what happens if there’s a CEO change? A change of direction into MJ? A RM?

I don’t know that any of this is coming and I don’t know that a couple notes converting are justification to say it’s a dead play. It’s a gamble for sure but there seem to be plenty of eyes here and it seems to move pretty easily.

Remember the ONLY dilution is about 37 million a day or so - so when there’s 500 million volume it doesn’t get beat up by the note holder.

Just my thought, I’m still debating on what to do here myself but I’m getting closer to making that decision and typing this out helps me decide.
