Curious why you would make such a statement. There is a huge lawsuit that was just filed on behalf of the 2025 bond holders that is along the same lines. Tesla (and Elon) lied and provided knowingly false information to investors in order to sell those bonds.

With the available information it is irrefutable that this occurred. SEC and DOJ investigations, class action lawsuit for the bond issue, class actions for FundingsecuredGate, etc.

Breaking the CEO & Chairman position along with requirement for adding independent directors isn't good for Elon or the company b/c it means this house of cards collapses sooner (thanks to the SEC)
