Once again you are referring to an agreement between DFI and Iterated that was based on the rights to the IBM PVS/SGI compressor code specifically. This agreement has nothing to do with the Intel code that was bought and paid for by TMMI to begin with. The addendum you are referring to is based on false pretenses. Once again I reiterate Dimension did not challenge TMMI's ownership of the Intel version during the court proceedings. Gee I wonder why?
