You are sadly mistaken. TMMI had already bought and paid for the Intel version long before the "officer" Steve Bender came along who went on to steal the Intel code for his own personal gain later. Something that took place when TMMI was in distress at the time due to numerous unusual circumstances. It's unfortunate that statute of limitations prevented TMMI from going after the damages that resulted in this clear theft.

Wrong again, it was DFI that was originally formed to purchase the IBM PVS/SGI license from Iterated, not the other way around. Incidentally, it was TMMI that purchased the 2 Million dollar IBM supercomputer that it provided to Iterated to develop the code specific to their system.
