Is this the same license that TMM's technology officer told Iterated that it didn't want? Therefore TMM paid not one cent for the license. DFMI bought it because TMM was without a cent. There was basically no DFI at that time. DFI resurfaced in 2012 when TMM finished buying DFI (a company that had been dormant for over 11 years). This was a CYA moment for TMM.
