LOL, good thing you can understand what I am lying down. I was just joking,I appreciate your mansplaining, for those of us that are not versed in the Biological aspects of what we are attempting to understand. Enjoyed the articles, they tie quite a few different aspects into our drug. I did
not know that S1R's are so highly expressed in motor neurons, I had done
some research and found that S1R has been found in 25 different organs.

Any thoughts on CRISPR to get the WT S1R into someone's cells and negate

variants?
