The issue of blood concentration vs dose has been around since the Phase 1 study. AFAIK the company has not addressed it.

The difference has led to a lot of confusion in interpreting the data.

On those few occasions where the company has talked about dose vs concentration they have done so using the average of the dosage group. Back at the Phase 1 data they did show individual dose vs concentration data and it had a pretty wide range.

This has always been an issue that needs clarification because it has a big clinical impact.

If investing was easy, everyone would be rich by now.
