Since the company put our a clarification 8K and it stated THAT BOTH PREFERRED and COMMON EQUITY would be issued LTI's upon final payment, I'd suggest that it mean just that THAT BOTH PREFERRED and COMMON were COURT DESIGNATED AS EQUITY


Those words either represent what both are now or within the POR 7 and in it's entirety, not just here and there or when ever they see fit, but now from start to finish

OH well not long to wait and see now anyway right.
