AZ, then, as pertains to the above statement, are there other Preferred Securities and debentures who are owners of the WAMU Capital Trust OR Is the above statement referring to the WAMU P & K Series holders? Also, when it says 'Stockholders' of WAMU, is it referring ONLY to Common Equity holders of WAMU? TIA.
