OK...now see 40K more at .09. Who is reading the tea leaves here? A stock [AMFE] that averages 1.3 MILLION shares traded/day had today traded 9K shares over the first 85 minutes.

I like the feel of this calm before storm, but level 2 interpretation is not my thing.
