In order for the stock to have ANY inherent value behind it there has to be a functioning business or some assets. In the case of BIOAQ that is no longer the case. It is merely trading on air now. Eventually the reality will catch up with the pps...It always does...assuming the shares aren’t cancelled before then.
The BIOAQ equity brings nothing to the table for LCY/Visolis, they now own the operating asset that USE TO BE owned by BIOAQ...without having to assume any of the debt.
Even if FINRA wasn’t to cancel the shares, this stock would eventually go illiquid on its own...because it is backed by nothing. No business, no assets...only a pile of debt.
