With such a low number of outstanding shares and a pretty low number of available shares and if we can logically(?) assume that shares are a part of this deal I don’t think it’s reasonable to assume visolis/lcy are willing and trying to lowball.

Like you just said there is lots of tech to be rolled into this from lcy and visolis on top of an already great tech. Look where shares were hovering before all this doom set in (2-4$) range. Now add everything lcy and visolis can bring to the table and think about what potential share prices would be (assuming commons survive). If comerica were to get 50 million shares that would likely be double what they are currently owed this time next year.
