was reported to be 2-3 months away from

seriously ramping up. Not sure if they were working on regulatory issues

or if it is a lead time issue.

Expect action is November-December time frame.

A $3.4 Billion Dollar Company does not buy rights to sell a product

from another company without planning to do so.

Keep in mind there is a "timing" issue for product rollouts.

If I had a bitchy bad Attitude about this stock I for one would sell,
