Conspiracy or not, K&LGates, SBI and L2 are tied together. How can the Gates lawsuit be settled without the SBI / L2 cases being settled? Why would QMC settle without getting Gates to disclose information that would affect the SBI/L2 case? What is the advantage for QMC to take settled cash just from Gates rather than get the whole mess resolved at one time. The pressure is all on Gates and the predatory lenders right now. I believe we are in good hands with Minns and Arnett. So far they have made all the right moves and motions.

A deal with money attached is the goal, and I say we are in the best position for that than we have ever been. The company focus is business. We have all been waiting for Squires to get the SEC Reporting current. We don't know how many companies and India maybe have also been waiting for that event. Lets see what happens now. Its a good thing.
