I hate conspiracy theories.

I don’t think their was a concerted effort by a large international law firm and small lender.

What I believe is that a law firm messed up on their client controls and clearly had a conflict of interest and likely helped the case against QMC. Clearly this could be seen as damaging or potential damaging QMCs interest. Therefore, I expect K&L to quick settle this issue out of court. To what amount, it’s a guess, but I’d say $5-10 million.
