Cheaplaf -- no its not franchised. I have owned the one in St. Pete for 5 yrs now. I have found out through various phone calls that there are numerous Mulligan's in the US. So when I went to file my papers I found out that I had to re-sign my filings under a different name. Thus Mulligan's Sunset Grill was born :)
