We have Mulligan's here. Would it be a franchise or owned by the same Lee that owns our TN cheers bars? Either way we could see about a Sulja party via Mulligan's. I think the owner here would be happy to oblige(!?!).

I am in the planning stage. I am ready to go at anytime for a party. I still have got to think through the buy and sell.

I want to hold long and this seems to be the best way but I would like to know how the big players contend with IRS, taxes, gains and loss, shares kept, etc. I do not won't to be redundant in regards to this just want to be ready for the next few years.TIA laf
