A very small raise at these prices is still highly damaging and ought to be accompanied by written guidance on the revelation of top line data etc. It is not a mystery at this point to insiders and we deserve to know. Most of the market will not pay attention and even if the price miraculously doubled due to such gthat would still let us long timers average down at low prices, confident that the end will come (to be clear Good or Bad) by a given date.

This would partially compensate us for getting jerked around for years and to make up for lost ground if we choose.

Will they undertake any such step friendly to the rank and file shareholders?

Of course not!
