But they haven't said they have oil in a producible sense either.

What observers can tell is that ZN is conducting the well testing in the s-l-o-w-e-s-t manner possible. There is really only one explanation for dragging it out like they are, and that is to put off the final day of judgement for as long as possible- in regard to the results of their well, that is.
