Each persons reality is in the perception of events. Those of us who think the lawsuits are BS are not forced into selling out our position because we believe, I Hope correctly, that there is no wrong doing on the part of cvsi. And we also believe that this was a set up by Left to crush the sp. otoh a newbie looking at cvsi sees lawsuits galore and that’s probably when they move on to another stock. They don’t know it’s bs. And that’s also why when the lawsuits get dismissed the stock will again move up with new buyers.
Same with nasdaq listing. No lawsuits plus spectacular earnings will bring BIG new buyers and a rapid rise in sp....
It’s our perception of how things will unfold but we actually don’t know for sure. If we did we would throw in everything we have. People post how it will unfold but have they put everything in? Hell No.!

This is a game of chance. Most here think we have a pretty good chance at $10-$20 soon. We will see who had the correct perception.
