You are comparing the perception of disasterous lawsuits, which if they were real lawsuits with merit,it would really be bad news.
No nasdaq listing does not materially change this company. No bad press. No fines. No Years of expensive litigation. Nothing bad.
It just means the big boys could not jump in and this stock,imho, is where it is because of a successful business model and stellar results. And th eperception that those results will continue and grow as this market friggin explodes into every nook and cranny of American society.
It will still has crease whethe rnasdaq happens or not, just not as fast.
