If there were dilution going on you would possibly be right. Isn't and hasn't been any going on and anything voted yes in the proxy will not see the market for a while, that vote was to set up deals, what deals? I haven't a clue, but you can bet your bottom dollar serious prs and happening are coming.

If the already existing AS had been maxed out I wouldn't say that but anyone familiar with the market knows, large AS increases when they are not needed are for deals. We will learn of what is happening they said 4th quarter financing etc, I am looking forward to seeing what's up.

Spread widening CFGN on the bid wanting shares and not pressuring the stock down anymore, MMs short even they know something is coming. It is what it is and that's how it goes, always has always will.
