I called David in Investor Relations and this is the response I received to the status of how many dispensary licenses were applied for in NV and the state of payment for the Salinas acquisition:

I just want to respond to your good questions.

A) 64 total licenses are being awarded. We are applying for 6 licenses. The state of Nevada does not release the data on how many companies or individuals are applying for dispensary licenses.

B) Mark has released this statement about our Salinas Farm Acquisition:

"PNTV has not had another payment due since LCG has not delivered several post-closing documents until they due so there are not any payments due, we have no plans to not close or lose the facility. We are just waiting on the seller and to complete the audit in Salinas which has been a mess due to the seller poor records and bookkeeping. This is what you get when you buy a cash business that has never had to operate in a world of compliance. It is just taking time but we are very close to being done"
