If APRU would catch their filings up for 2018, I believe you would see that this "promissory note" that has been discussed, will be listed under their NOTES PAYABLE as a debt owed which can be converted into these 85+ million common shares at .01.



I believe you will see this "promissory note" in APRU's financial statements - not IDGC's...
