As of June 30, 2018 - Total stockholders' deficit was a negative $1,792,937…

In theory, the 85,714,285 common shares of APRU as of todays close (.021) would be a positive gain of $942,857 or .00016 pps…

Still a negative stockholders’ deficit of $850,080 – ($1,792,937 - $942,857) or a book value of zilch…

Besides the consulting agreement with Watershed, where this one gets a little more interesting to me is, the two patents and some of the other deals that are possibly still in the works.

“The company also has two issued patents with the USPTO and has one IP Valuation on one of the issued patents valued in excess of $5 million dollars US. The valuation report will be released with these Q4 Financials.” (I have yet to see this valuation report)
