No need for IDCC to get into a "pissing" match with TC. But rather just as You and I can disagree with respect for one another IDCC rather than wait another 2 months and perhaps have irreparable harm done in the interim could perhaps give some guidance I do not think it is asking too much. It is not like taking on another front. Merely correct a wrong estimate... if it is wrong. It would give us some necessary breathing room. JMVHO.
