Yep and also the last possible RM scenario they purchased the AS shares as part of the deal and dilute after the ticker change totally reimbursing their entire buyout. That I would think is all legal as well but I’m no expert. Only issue with that scenario is then why redact the numbers, only reason IMO is to buy shares at a low pps.
