Frankly this is an incredible crapshoot---emphasis on the "crap!" Not trying to be funny or coy, just pointing out that the blurb is designed to titillate the reader's highest expectations.

My background is in Investor Relations. I used to write these things. But this one is so clearly aiming to bamboozle the reader. I hope you haven't mortgaged your general store for this pipe dream that might not even be allowed to smoke unless you fill it with mirrors.

Absolutely NOTHING represented in the link is arguably certain. In udder words, the intent is that of milking every possible opportunity. Period.
