ELK: Southwest Sec believes that Hurricane Isabel could be a potential catalyst for the company's shingles. IMO, ELK and the insurance companies can be best played when the hurricane hits land and the speed and its future direction (damage assessment) can best be determined. Who knows, the Sept/Oct calls may have the best bang for the buck at that point.
