If you don't know what an MLP is, that's actually a good thing - many of them are terrible investments, especially since Jan 2016. Strongly suggest you read the SA article I gave the link for - some of your stock picks are on his list. Something in the back of my mind says Duke Energy is dicey. As far as AMRN, if they GIA, no reason they can't start paying a dividend at some point - will be making more money than they can burn unless they start buying other biotechs (god forbid!).
