I don't fully disagree with you, but TEVA will not be able to get the volume discount to compete with Amarin; especially if Amarin lowers costs as revenues and supply increases. Likely TEVA would just buy Amarin at this time...or Amarin buys TEVA, which shouldn't be discounted if R-I secondary out perform expectations.
