I was from 2011- 2014 rsearching biotechs with binary events and doing my own sort of run-up trading startegy (exiting before binary events) when I came onto AMRN. It became one of the few stocks that becomes a buy and hold which I almost never do (especially through binary events). I bought ahead of both marine FDA approval and on anchor study results I bought at $8 and sold some after results at $19. I then loaded up again before adcom debacle as was 99% sure it was a safe and secure and never expected FDA to reverse course and rescind a SPA. I then continued to buy what I call the black plague years between 90 cents and $2. I sold some on the the first run-up to 4.40 and then added again. To be honest, I felt somewhat over exposed going into reduce it results but the stock price was so low that as I posted it just made sense to hold all (75% success rate with big win, and 85% chance that a miss would find a subgroup that would easily see the stock back to $3). Had the stock run-up to the 7 I thought it would, I might have been tempted to pare some down. Followed the message board for about 7 years which is crazy and continued to be amazed by conspiracy stories like the FF there must be a leak :)

I held around 160,000 shares and I won't look to sell shares until at least $30-$40.
