Ultraz2,

What is funny is that the law actually protects a company from being forced to disclose good news in many cases while bad news must be generally reported much sooner. Think about how that might relate to 2015's screening halt. While exwannabe has given examples of those who have broken the law or tried to skirt it, most of these cases ended up with management paying the piper. Trying to associate Linda and Les with these types of operations is relatively easy based on the strategy NWBO has employed to protect their strategic advantage with regard to DC technology and relative silence about business operations.

Have you noticed that there is still no answer from bears for why the last patients enrolled all went into the treatment arm? Did you look at how flipper44, sentiment_stocks and others have noticed that the last patients enrolled are doing better than the first enrolled and they are all treatment patients and I suggested that this might be happening long before anyone took the time to prove it? We may need to wait a little while longer for good news but there is good news to be shared.

The writing on the wall was bad news for the Babylonians (establishment) but good news for the Medes and Persians (upstarts). The establishment wants you to believe their bad news is your bad news too to try and take advantage of you. Good thing NWBO is equivalent to the upstart in this historical and Biblical scenario. Perhaps you just need a prophet like Daniel to interpret the message for you. Lol. By the way, Daniel did quite well in the Medo Persian empire and Cyrus was even mentioned as a kind of messiah for the Hebrew (Jewish) people. How do you think that might translate to Dr. Linda Liau and NWBO? Best wishes.
