I wouldn't buy shares in a company run by either of them. Butt if somebuddy was going to give me a free million shares in a company run by one or the other of them, I'd pick the company run by Ken Maciora every time.

CONvictEd is a proven failure, swindler, liar to his shareholders, apparent embezzler of company funds to buy personal real estate, shareholder abuser, and CONvicted criminal.

Frankly, I'll bett that Britt Summerill, if he were still alive today and nott killed by the lethal rhinovirus, would make the same choice as me.

Nott suitable to be CEO of a public company - nott even a pennyscam like MYEC was (note mismatched shoes)
