My point is that MEC is not the same company as MyECheck. MEC changed its name with Wyoming, California, and the SEC. Ken Maciora, the person being sued by MEC, is the current owner of MyECheck.

This is why I asked who would want to be affiliated with MyECheck now that it is owned by Ken Maciora.

if somehow MyECheck reorganizes as a publicly traded company someway and someday
