How do you figure he is suffocating us with toxic debt? Read the PR yesterday... If anything he gave us a breather by not using and retiring the 10 million dollar line of credit from Blue Citi. There hasn't been any dilution since August. If he was suffocating us, we would be pushing the 8.8 billion authorized cap down our throats. Comical....
