It's not my credibility that it is here in play. My work as a CEO is not here being judged, it the work of the CEO of LDSR that is here in play.

My opinions are based mostly in my experience of over 20 years as a trader, but, here also as a CEO. Even if my company is a private company, excluding the obligations of a public company, speaking only about the business side, a private or a public company are managed in the same way, and, the final objective is the same, profits.

And I am seeing the CEO making mistakes after mistakes. He seems to be a good IT guy, but, as a CEO he sucks, and, IMO he is destroying the company, suffocating it with toxic debt, and, looks like he wants to accelerate the capital burning rate.

First some profits, then acquisitions. This is a very basic management rule.
