Here's my recent take.

The fact that Pref A's and B's have been mandatorily converted IMO was a triggering event due to data lock (that is, in my opinion, they had as a listed triggering event data lock), thus the mandatory conversion. Add the fact that the co., as far as we know, did not dilute at these prices, as if they are ready to release some material events. IMO, good or bad, there might be some relevant news within one month.
