I have yet to see how, Since June, the SEC has really helped anything.
Granted, I can't see what "massive" thing that they must be sitting on, and one only knows how long it would take to sift through a company like Zion, Compared to say... *Cough Tesla *Cough

What I HAVE witnessed, over this time, is the SEC being used as a weapon, to severely impact one side of shareholders, for who knows what, still.

The SEC may have good intentions, but I think that the resolution that they have been taking FOREVER to come up with, had better FAR outweigh the pain that their presence, from June until now, has caused.
