Fantastic, I wholeheartedly agree! 2-73 addresses the cause further upstream than any other drug.

The classification AD is just a man made box. The real issue is some form of neurophysiological dysfunction (my money is still on intracellular calcium burden ;) that manifests in different dementia pathologies we classify based on the outcome and we need to work our way back up to the origin along the ladder of knowledge.

AD research stopped a couple rungs too early to look for a viable solution!
