Capital raise is disastrous if its needed/used to pay existing debt. They still aren't profitable after all of Musk's promises to be. They were supposed to be profitable in Q3 and pushed through all of their demand chasing it. The only deposit backlog left is for the $35k model that's never coming. TSLA is screwed every way you look at it.
