It's all about winning now. I was surprised more by Corker since he seems to support Kavanaugh.

We have tossed ethics and morality aside about who can score the most points in the game.

Even Flake is hedging his bet as you said but the question is why? Does he really need to sell his soul for a job in the private sector.
