Here is a neat idea ... Partly on the Bernie Sanders Plan ...

The advent of the Affordable Health Care Act has opened a door to govt subsidized Health care for all. The AHCA is totally unaffordable because it is a cadillac plan that has 10 different Guidelines. And only International Health Providers could qualify.

What if we used four guidelines ...

1. Catastrophic Health Care
2. Preventative Health Care
3. People with preexisting conditions
4. Close the Medicare D Drug Loophole

We could easily use a .5% tax on financial transactions to fund this. And use the existing Medicare system to manage it saving around 20% of overhead costs. And we could use a Graduated system to make sure that poorer people get it, and say, people who earn over 200,000 have to buy it on their own.

People and private companies can chooose how to divvy up the rest by buying GAP insurance from our Health Insurance Companies.

A Huge burden is taken off the People and National Companies, and it is financed through ... basically computer trading.
